Eligibility Criteria
  • At least a senior high school graduate
  • ESL teaching experience is an advantage but not required
  • Good command of English, both oral and written
  • Strong interactive and interpersonal skills for teaching kids and adults
  • Computer savvy, with a stable internet connection and your own equipment
  • Willing to complete onboarding on our lesson platform
Technical Requirements (provided at your own cost)
  • Desktop or laptop (at least Windows 10)
  • Built-in or external web camera
  • Noise-reduction headset with microphone
  • Stable internet: fiber, more than 10Mbps, wired (Wi-Fi not accepted)
  • Google Chrome required

Q: Is it a booking system?

A: Yes.

Q: Is onboarding required?

A: Yes. All instructors complete onboarding before their first lesson.

Q: Is there a demo lesson?

A: Yes, as part of the selection process.

Q: How long is onboarding?

A: Onboarding takes approximately 12–16 hours in total and covers how to use our lesson platform and teaching materials. You can complete it over several days at times that suit your schedule.

Q: How much is the service fee per completed lesson?

A: It will be explained during orientation.

Q: Are there cancellation fees?

A: Cancellation terms for booked lessons are set out in the Agreement and explained during orientation.
